Terms and Conditions 

1   Annual Pass and TR19 Local Pass period
a)  Our schemes run from the date on which your pass is purchased and lasts for one full calendar year. 
b)  An email address will be necessary to access the full benefits.

2   TR Winter Pass period
a)  Our TR resident Winter Pass runs from the 1st of November 2025 until the 28th of February 2026, after this time the Winter Pass will no longer be valid. 
b)  An email address will be necessary to access the full benefits.

3   Tickets 
a)  A pass holder may book visitor tickets up to the value of their Pass (noted below). This concession is for each Pass holders personal use and cannot be transferred. 

One pass can be purchased per-person and per-address – Households are not eligible to have multiple passes.

  • Individual Annual Pass (valid for you, plus one guest)
  • Family Annual Pass (valid for you, plus one guest and 3 children age 15 or under). Any additional children would be chargeable.
  • TR19 Local Pass (valid for you, plus one guest and 3 children age 15 or under). Any additional children would be chargeable.
  • TR Winter Pass (valid for you, plus one guest and 3 children age 15 or under). Any additional children would be chargeable. 

b)  All tickets are bought subject to the Theatre's Conditions of Sale shown on the website. 

4 We only supply the Tickets for private use

(a)You agree not to use the Passes or Tickets for any commercial or business purposes, and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.

(b) Tickets cannot be sold, resold or offered for sale directly by customers. Only tickets purchased via our Box Office are valid for admission. We reserve the right to cancel any ticket re-sold or offered for re-sale by the buyer for commercial gain and the ticket holder will be refused entry.

5  Membership Cards

Physical Pass Membership Cards are not issued.   Your purchase order number, shown on your Pass confirmation-email, identifies you and your scheme. You will be asked to confirm your Pass when visiting. 

6  Payment and Confirmation

a)  Pass confirmations will be emailed and/or sent via SMS.
b)  Passes cannot be reserved and paid for at a later time.

7  Free Visitor Entry

a)  Advance booking is essential as numbers are limited and at busy times we may not be able to admit you unless you have pre-booked.  You can book a visiting slot online or via the box office team on 01736 810181.
b)  Pass validation will be requested on arrival.
c) TR19 Annual Passes and TR Winter Passes are available exclusively to residents within the TR19 area or TR postcode areas. Purchasers do require proof of residence.  Ownership of a second or holiday home in TR19 / TR do not qualify for this offer.  When visiting customers should bring the appropriate forms of identity, chosen from the list below:

Either:
Proof of residence with photo ID - You should bring one piece of identity that shows your primary residence in TR19 and has your photo on, such as a driving licence showing your current address.
Or:
Non-photo proof of residence plus photo ID - If your photo ID does not show your TR19 address (i.e. it is a bus pass or work badge), please also bring in additional proof of your residence in TR19, such as a utility bill.
Or:
Three forms of proof of residence - If you have no photo ID at all, please bring three pieces of identity that show residence in TR19 such as utility bills or bank statements.

8 Exclusion

Minack Annual Pass, TR19 Local Pass and TR Winter Passes are valid during regular visiting times (performances, tours and storytelling not included).
