Accessibility

We have step-free access to all upper levels on the site. The main auditorium and stage are only accessible via long flights of steps.  The stage and auditorium are visible from our accessible balcony and our viewing platform.

We offer a ‘no questions’ free ticket for anyone who needs to bring a carer with them to access our site (as visitors or audience). We do not ask for proof of carer needs, and these tickets are not limited to specific areas of the auditorium.

Our car park has accessible parking bays near the theatre entrance. There is step-free access to the visitor centre. Within the site, there is step-free access to the exhibition centre and café, and there is an accessible toilet.

A hearing loop is available in the Lower Terraces and on our accessible balcony.
We can also provide assistive hearing headsets, suitable for users with or without hearing aids, who may need a little extra boost from our sound.

We have sensory bags available for visitor and audience members on request. Our sensory bag is a clear plastic rucksack containing a set of ear defenders, sunglasses and a selection of fidget toys. All bags and contents are sanitised between uses. Just ask at the entrance if you wish to borrow a sensory bag.

BSL signing is available free of charge on selected performances at the Minack. If you or a member of your party would like to book for a BSL-signed performance, please contact the Box Office.
