Audition Information
Audition to be a part of the Minack Musical Theatre Academy or Minack Acting Academy.

Age 11-18 only.
The Musical Theatre and Acting Academy students spend one intense day a month working with professional practitioners and visiting speakers, such as directors, actors and West End stars, in practical workshops and talks. The Academies help talented young people develop advanced theatre skills.
Minack Musical Theatre audition will include:
- a warm up
- a short dance routine
- a 1-minute song (or 32 bars) of your choice. The song must be prepared before the audition. Please bring sheet music
Minack Acting Academy audition will include:
- A warm up
- drama games
- improvisation
- a 1-minute monologue of your choice. This must be prepared before the audition.
Parking will be available at the theatre, please see the car park staff on your arrival.
Auditions for the Musical Theatre Academy are in the morning.
Auditions for the Acting Academy are in the afternoon.
Please arrive 15 minutes before the audition time.
